Clean the fish well, leaving it whole
Paste salt and lemon juice on the outside and inside of the hake
Cook it whole with that seasoning
Make the mayonnaise as desired and place it around a platter, leaving a space in the middle
Place the fish in this cavity
Garnish the hake with black olives and parsley sprigs
With a knife, cut small tomato flowers or small squares, and decorate the mayonnaise around the fish
Serve with white rice.
