2 chopped green onions

In a skillet, melt the butter
Add the fish fillets and cook until they're tender (3 or 4 minutes)
Transfer the fish to a baking dish
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the same skillet
Combine soy sauce mixed with vinegar and soy sauce
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add it slowly to the sauce in the skillet, stirring until it thickens
Cook, stirring, until the sauce is smooth
Pour the sauce over the fish
Sprinkle with chopped green onions
Serve 3-4 times.
