1/4 cup of corn oil
500g of all-purpose flour
2 cups of tomato sauce
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
24 anchovy fillets, cut in half
150g of mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in sugar
Add salt, milk, and corn oil
Gradually add the all-purpose flour
Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic
Divide into 12 equal parts
Form each part into a ball and let it rest to double in size
Roll out each ball very thinly to fit a frying pan
Heat the frying pan and cook all the pizza bases
To assemble the pizzas, place the dough in the pan and, over low heat, spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, anchovy fillets, and Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil
Cover the frying pan and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the mozzarella cheese is melted.
