2 cans of tuna in oil
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 diced onion
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of tomato extract
3/4 cup of water
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of chopped palm heart
3 stuffed green olives, cut into slices
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 cans of tuna in oil

Drain the oil from the tuna
Mash and add lemon juice
Fry the onion and parsley in olive oil until golden brown
Add tomato extract and water, and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated
Season with salt and black pepper and let cool
After completely cooled, mix in palm heart, sliced green olives, diced hard-boiled eggs, and mashed tuna
