1 medium cabbage

Line a bowl with a fine cloth
Remove the larger leaves from the cabbage and place them on top of the cloth, overlapping them to form a container
Chop the inner leaves of the cabbage
Heat the olive oil, sauté the garlic until golden, then add the chopped cabbage and cook until it wilts well
Remove from heat, combine with parsley, green onion, salt, and black pepper
Add breadcrumbs, eggs, and chopped onion, mixing well
Place this mixture inside the cabbage leaves
Tie the four corners of the cloth around the cabbage with kitchen twine
Cook in boiling water seasoned with salt for 35 minutes
Remove the cabbage from the cloth, serves 4
