1 medium red cabbage
2 green onions
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Slice the cabbage into thin strips
Cut the green onions with their skin also into thin strips
Set them aside separately
Sauté the onion in olive oil
When it's golden, add the green onions and sauté for two minutes
Add the red cabbage and stir until wilted
Season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
