1/4 cup of olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups of rice (500g)
1 cup of dry white wine
1/2 liter of chicken or vegetable broth
1 handful of corn (leaves with small stalks)
500g of cleaned and chopped shrimp
1/3 cup of butter (80g)
Salt to taste

In a large pan, heat the olive oil, add the onion and cook until it's translucent
Add the rice and stir until it starts to brown
Add the wine and let it evaporate
Add the broth gradually, stirring with a wooden spoon until the rice is almost cooked
Add the corn and shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring until the shrimp is cooked
Season to taste
The rice should be cooked al dente
Add the butter and mix well
Serve immediately
