1 cup of fish form without skin, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to high temperature and place the fish on a baking sheet
Meanwhile, mix together the fish form, lime zest, paprika, bacon, and salt
Spread it over the tilapia
Distribute the starfruit slices on top
Cover with aluminum foil
Reduce the oven temperature to medium
Bake the fish for 30 minutes or until the meat easily flakes with a fork
Sauce
In a blender, puree the starfruit with water
Strain through a sieve
In a saucepan, combine the starfruit puree, lime juice, butter, cornstarch mixture, and salt
Mix and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened
Remove and serve alongside the tilapia.
