3 eggs
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 cup of olive oil
12 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
Salt to taste.
Filling:
2 cans of tuna
1 chopped onion
1 tomato and 1 bell pepper cut into cubes

Dough:
Beat in a blender the eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and grated cheddar cheese
Add the flour, always beating, and then the yeast
Filling:
Mix all the ingredients together
Assembly: in a large greased pan, pour half of the dough, the filling, and the remaining dough on top
Bake for 40 minutes.
