Season the cod fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and quickly grill it on both sides in a pan or skillet

Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F)
Place the wax paper vertically over an oiled tray
Distribute the peeled and cut potato slices in the center
Season them with salt and pepper, then place the cod fillet and shallot on top, seasoning the latter with salt and pepper
Gather around the tomatoes and parsley leaves
Finish by placing a crushed garlic clove on top of the shallot
Drizzle with olive oil

Brush the edges of the wax paper with the mixture of egg yolk and flour
Closure is tight, then place it in the oven for 12 minutes and serve.
