Beat the egg whites until stiff with salt and vanilla extract
Gradually add the sugar
Beat the egg yolks until pale yellow
Mix in the egg whites, flour, and chopped walnuts
Place in a 23cm x 35cm baking dish, greased, and bake at low heat (150°C)
Flip over and roll up in a cloth sprinkled with crystal sugar
Let cool
When cold, fill and cover with cream chantilly
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and refrigerate
