Dough:
2 cups cooked rice
1 egg
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup olive oil.
Filling:
1/2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 carrot
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 onion
1/2 cup green pimiento
Salt, pepper, and grated cheese to taste

In a blender, beat the rice, egg, flour, baking powder, milk, and olive oil
Turn the dough onto a greased baking dish and put it in the oven until golden brown
Filling:
Mix the chicken breast, carrot, mayonnaise, onion, green pimiento, salt, pepper, and grated cheese
Roll out the dough, fill it, and roll it up like a Rocambole
Spread with more mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
