6 hard-boiled eggs
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
2 tablespoons butter
1 tomato (for garnish)

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise
Remove the yolks
Cook the spinach in a little water
drain well
Finely chop and lightly fry the spinach in melted butter for a few minutes
Add the cooked yolks and mash them
Mix well
Stuff the egg whites with this mixture
Garnish each half egg with a tomato slice
For the salad, cut the tomatoes into wedges
Place in the center of a platter
Combine the seasoning ingredients and spoon over the tomatoes
Arrange the stuffed eggs around the salad
Serve 6 portions.
