1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 kilogram of beef mozzarella
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 slices of bread without crust

salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of biscuit flour
2 cups of mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the oven
Heat the olive oil
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent
Transfer to a bowl and add the beef mozzarella
Add the egg and mix well
Soak the bread in water, squeeze out excess water, and add to the meat mixture
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
Mix everything together
Dust the top of the casserole with biscuit flour
Shape the mixture into a rectangle
Cover the surface with mashed potatoes
Sprinkle with parsley
Roll up like a wrapped casserole
Place in a greased baking dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve in 4 portions.
