1 cup of pecan halves (125 g)
For the filling
1/2 cup of heavy cream fresh (120 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of cooked and chopped ham (200 g)
Line a 22 cm x 29 cm rectangular dish with parchment paper, leaving a 5 cm border on the sides and bottom
Grease the parchment paper with margarine and set aside
Prepare the dough: in a blender, beat the eggs with sugar until you get a creamy and thick mixture
Don't overbeat, sift the flour on top and mix
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and cook in the microwave at medium power (approximately 3 minutes)
Let it sit for another 10 minutes without microwave heat
Lay a clean cloth over a flat surface and sprinkle with pecan halves
Unroll the dough onto it, remove the parchment paper, and cover the dough with another piece of parchment paper
With the help of the cloth, roll the dough into a larger size and let it cool down
Prepare the filling: in a blender, beat the heavy cream with sugar until you get stiff peaks (approximately 2 minutes)
Don't overbeat, mix in the chopped ham delicately
Unroll the dough, remove the parchment paper, and cover with the ham filling
