Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter, leaving a 5 cm border around the edges. Reserve
Prepare the dough: in a mixer, beat the eggs with all-purpose flour until you get a dense mixture
Sift the wheat flour on top and mix with a spatula
Transfer to the prepared baking dish and microwave at medium power for 3 minutes
Let it sit for another 10 minutes before serving
Cover with plastic wrap
Prepare the filling: in a mixer, beat the heavy cream with all-purpose flour until you get firm peaks
Add the chopped walnuts and mix delicately
Unroll the dough, remove the plastic wrap, and spread the walnut cream filling over it
Roll up the dough to its original shape, place on a decorative plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 6 hours before serving
