Unroll the prosciutto and lay the mozzarella flat to form a sheet
Place it on a piece of plastic wrap and cover with prosciutto leaves and dried tomato
Season with salt and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil
With the help of the plastic wrap, roll the mozzarella up starting from the longer side to form a roll
Remove the plastic wrap and cut into diagonal slices 1cm thick
