Boil, mash, and grate the potatoes
Combine the egg yolks, milk, wheat flour, salt, and grated cheese
Then add the beaten egg whites
Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish
Bake in the oven
After baking, remove from mold onto a napkin
Cover the entire surface with a filling made of white sauce, mashed sardines, and chopped cooked eggs
If desired, add chopped parsley on top
Roll up like a rocambole, cover with tomato sauce and grated cheese, placing 3 or 4 whole sardines and some fresh parsley leaves on top to garnish.
