Preheat the oven to medium temperature (170°C)
Grease a rectangular refractory mold with butter, then dust it with wheat flour
Prepare the filling: mix all the ingredients together and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until they come away from the sides of the pan
Let it cool
Prepare the dough: in a bowl, knead all the ingredients with warm water until you get a dough that can be rolled out
Open up the dough and cover it with the coconut filling, leaving about 1 cm thick
Roll it into a log shape and place it in the mold
Cover it with 1 liter of milk and bake for 2 hours, or until the milk has dried
Garnish with black plums and raisins
Serve at room temperature.
