Cut an orange into thin slices and remove the seeds. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sesame seeds over a baking sheet and arrange the orange slices, cut in half, on top in a single layer. Let it rest at room temperature for approximately 2 hours, flipping the orange slices every 2-3 times. Arrange on paper towels (lunch wrap) to let them dry slightly.
