6 small oranges
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup of orange juice
Cooked orange peel in water with sugar

Peel the oranges and refrigerate them
Cut into crown shapes and reassemble to original shape, placing each one on a individual plate
In a saucepan, mix the honey and orange juice
Add the cooked orange peel and let it simmer
Remove from heat and drizzle over the oranges
Serve 6 pieces.
