1 medium beetroot grated
2 tablespoons of vinegar
150g smoked chicken breast shredded
1/2 cup of raisins
1 green onion with skin chopped
1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup of mayonnaise
14 leaves of smooth cabbage

Mix the beetroot and vinegar
Set aside
Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the cabbage
Add the beetroot
Place 2 tablespoons of filling at the bottom of each cabbage leaf
Fold the lower end of the leaf over the filling
Bring the sides to the center and roll up
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil until serving time
Serve chilled.
