With the help of a fork, mash the cream cheese with the dill and red pepper sauce, mixing everything until it forms a homogeneous paste
In a blender, puree the cucumbers with the yogurt and a pinch of salt
Set aside
Take one slice of salmon at a time, placing 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the middle
Roll them up
Place 2 rolls on each plate, topping with the cucumber yogurt sauce and garnishing with fresh dill
Serve as an appetizer or alongside green salads.
