250g of puff pastry dough
8 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

Cinnamon and sugar mixture for dusting

8 ripe bananas

Cinnamon and sugar mixture for dusting
Cut the puff pastry into 10cm squares
Mash the bananas with a fork, then mix in the sugar and cinnamon
Place a portion of filling on each square, fold the sides moistened with water and roll up
Fry in oil that's not too hot until golden brown and crispy
Dust with the cinnamon and sugar mixture and serve immediately, still warm.
