1/2 pound boneless chicken breast, skin removed
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of dry white wine
50 grams of fresh bacon
3 slices of firm bread, soaked in water and squeezed
salt and white pepper to taste
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup pitted green olives
2 small onions, finely chopped

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and process through a meat grinder or food processor with the egg, wine, bacon, and bread well squeezed
Season to taste with salt and white pepper
Place in a bowl and combine with flour, chopped onions, green olives, and egg white
Mix well and shape into a roll on greased aluminum foil
Wrap tightly, pressing edges together
Cook in boiling water for about 45 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Cut into slices and serve
