Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic, and rosemary
Rub the beef all over with olive or vegetable oil
Place the beef in a preheated oven (400°F)
Position the beef on the oven rack with a pan of water underneath
Bake for 45 minutes
Remove from the oven and slice into thin strips
