1 1/2 kg of purchased tuna or 2kg of counterfeit filet, for preparing the tuna
For the sauce:
1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 can of tuna (170g) chopped
6 fillets of anchovies chopped
1/2 cup of capers chopped
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 kg of purchased tuna or 2kg of counterfeit filet, for preparing the tuna
For the sauce:
1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 can of tuna (170g) chopped
6 fillets of anchovies chopped
1/2 cup of capers chopped
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
To prepare the tuna, clean the counterfeit filet and place it on a grill rack in the oven with a baking dish below the rack
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C, for 40 minutes
Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into thin slices
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients well
Arrange the tuna on a platter and drizzle with the sauce
Serves 8 people.
