Place the olive oil in a pan and bring it to medium heat, with a small slice of pork fat
When the fat is fried, remove the oil from the heat and discard the pork fat

Mix the cooled oil, agave spirit, cinnamon to bind (about 3 generous spoonsful), and wheat flour in sufficient quantity to form a dough that can be rolled out
Form the cakes and bake them in a low oven
After they are dry, dip them in warm water and then in refined sugar, letting them dry again.
