Mix the flour with the butter or margarine and sugar
Add the beer
Knead well and refrigerate overnight
The next day, remove small pieces from the dough and roll them into 5cm long cords
Shape the biscuits
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes
Dust with confectioner's sugar while still warm.
