1 boneless and skinless chicken breast

3 teaspoons of salt
1 chopped fresh parsley

250g of washed and drained wheat grains
1 cup of cooked lentils
1 cup of cooked rice
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of black raisins
2 cups of water

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with garlic, 2 teaspoons of salt, and fresh parsley
Set aside

In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil and add the chicken
Fry until golden brown

Add the onion and fry for an additional 5 minutes

Stir in the wheat grains and cook for 1 minute

Add the cooked lentils, rice, nuts, and raisins
Gradually add the water over 15 minutes or until the wheat grains are tender

Season with the remaining salt and serve immediately.
