1 mango diced without seeds, grated on a coarse grater
Seasoning
1 cup of mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste

In another container mix all the seasoning ingredients
