Cut the pastry into very fine strips

Wash tomatoes thoroughly, remove seeds, and cube them
In a salad bowl, arrange the green leaves, mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives
Add the fried pastry strips on top
Season with lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to taste
