In a skillet, sauté in olive oil four scallops and two cleaned squid
Season with lemon and salt. Reserve
Slice ripe avocados into wedges and arrange on a plate
Add cherry tomatoes halved and thin red onion slices
Combine the scallops, squid, and minced kani kama
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil mixed with lime juice
Season with salt and black pepper
Finish with fresh parsley and dill.
