Cut the avocados in half, lengthwise
Remove the pits and reserve the skins
Set the avocado pulp aside
Chop the reserved avocado pulp into cubes
Place it in a bowl with the tomato and onion
In a separate part, mix the remaining ingredients until well combined and creamy
Assemble by placing the avocado-tomato mixture back into the reserved avocado skins.
