In a skillet, sauté the oysters with a bit of butter until golden
Add the white wine, soy sauce, salsa, salt, and pepper
Let it reduce slightly and then add the green grapes, just to warm them through
It's important not to let them melt
Arrange the frisée lettuce leaves in a large plate and drizzle the sauce over the top.
