1 Cook the green beans in water and salt until tender
Chop into pieces. Reserve
2 Cut the cucumber into thin slices and marinate it in lime juice with salt and a little water for 10 minutes
Squeeze gently with your hands and reserve
3 In a salad bowl, mix together the rice, tuna, green beans, cucumber, black olives, and fresh mint leaves
Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Serve.
