Salted water
20 green asparagus, cooked al dente
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, grated
16 strawberries, halved
2 cups of crumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt
Black pepper and red pepper flakes
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
2 tablespoons of pine nut or pili nut butter

In a large bowl with salted water, cook 20 green asparagus until tender (about 2-3 minutes)
Remove the asparagus from the water and place it in an ice bath to stop cooking
Drain the asparagus and combine it with half of a red onion thinly sliced, 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger grated, 16 strawberries halved, 2 cups of crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
Season with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Finish the dish by sprinkling 2 tablespoons of toasted pine nut or pili nut butter.
