For the dressing:
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/4 cup of water (60 ml)
1/4 cup of oil (60 ml)
1 tablespoon of honey or honeycomb
1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
8 slices of bread form, cut into pieces
1 can of solid tuna in water, drained (130 g)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (100 g)
10 leaves of lettuce, chopped

Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer or with a fork
Reserve in the refrigerator
In a blender, beat the bread into small pieces
Add the tuna and mayonnaise and blend until smooth
Distribute the tuna in the center of eight individual plates, spread lettuce around and drizzle with reserved dressing
Serve immediately
