Wash and clean the green beans
Then, cut them into very thin slices, like a mineira cabbage
Cook the green beans with water and salt
After they're well cooked, drain them
Fry the garlic cloves in olive oil until golden brown, remove from pan and add green beans and vinegar
Simmer and add flour
Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes until the mixture becomes creamy
Season with more salt if necessary
