In a refrigerator, spread out the first four ingredients
Place in the microwave and cook on medium power for 7 minutes
Season the fish with lemon juice and salt, and arrange the fillets over the vegetable slices
Dip in coconut milk and top with cilantro and paprika
Cover and return to the microwave for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
