5-6 sprigs of parsley
4 sprigs of basil

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper
Arrange in a baking dish well greased and bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes
Place in the blender cup the green onion, garlic, tomato puree, parsley, and basil
Blend for 3 seconds
Pour over the fish and bake for another 20 minutes or until done
Serve 3-4 portions.
