4 small onions, finely chopped

Soak the wheat in water for two hours
Drain and reserve
Do the same with the soy protein
Mix these two ingredients together, adding water, lime juice, onion, and parsley
Blend the mixture
Butter a mold with margarine and spread the cupuaçu dough
Brush with more margarine on top and bake for 40 minutes.
