1 medium red bell pepper (130g), seeded and chopped
1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (60ml)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded, chopped (180g)
1 medium eggplant, chopped (200g)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
2 cans of solid tuna in oil (260g)
1 bunch of lettuce leaves
1 medium red bell pepper (130g), seeded and chopped

1 medium eggplant, chopped (200g)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
2 cans of solid tuna in oil (260g)
1 bunch of lettuce leaves
Mash the bell pepper with the heavy cream using a mortar or a wooden spoon until you get a thick paste
Add the lime juice, salt, and honey
Mix well and then add the cucumber, eggplant, and coriander
Mix again and reserve
Cut the tuna into large chunks and mix delicately with the reserved sauce
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving plate and just before serving, place the tuna sauce on top
Serve chilled
