1/2 package (250g) of conchinha-type macaroni
500g of green beans, cut into small diagonal pieces
Water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 canned tuna fillets
1/2 cup of olive and vinegar dressing (see recipe below)
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges

Prepare 1 hour before serving
Cook the macaroni as usual and drain
Cook the green beans in a large pot with enough water to cover them
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Drain and let cool
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a spoon
Garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
