1/2 kg of fresh tuna
2 tablespoons (chopped scallion) of Aji-no-moto
1/2 tablespoon (chopped parsley) of garlic
2 tablespoons of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper sauce
4 tablespoons of chopped onion
juice from 6 lime fruits
3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 kg of fresh tuna

Remove the tuna's bones
Cut into small cubes and place in a glass bowl
Add seasonings, onion, and lime juice
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours, stirring occasionally
Prepare the tomatoes and refrigerate
To serve, combine the tomatoes and mix well
Serve in small shells
If desired, garnish with chopped green scallion
