1 kg of cod fillets, desalinated
2 cups (scant) of milk
1 and 1/4 kg of potatoes
3 green stalks
1 yellow bell pepper in strips
1 red bell pepper in strips
12 pitted olives
4 cooked eggs
1 small onion, sliced
Chopped parsley and olive oil to taste
1 kg of cod fillets, desalinated
2 cups (scant) of milk
1 and 1/4 kg of potatoes

Soak the cod fillets in milk for 2 hours
Drain and boil them for 50 minutes
Drain again, flake into large pieces, and reserve
Cook the potatoes in the same water
Drain and reserve
Remove the leaves from the green stalks and slice them with their casings into thin strips
Slice the bell peppers into strips and blanch them in hot water to make them crispy
Cut the olives in half and the cooked eggs into slices, and reserve
Saute the sliced onion in olive oil and season with parsley
Pass the flaked cod through this sauté and reserve
Grease a large serving dish with olive oil and arrange the potatoes, cod, green stalks, bell peppers, olives, and eggs
Drizzle generously with olive oil and serve at room temperature.
