1 kg of cooked and peeled potato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup of hot chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of mustard
For garnish:
cooked ham slices, pickled cucumber slices
chopped parsley and green onion

Cut the potato into fine strips while still warm and mix with the onion
Drizzle the hot chicken broth, white wine vinegar, and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Squeeze out any liquid that has not been absorbed
Place the potatoes in a bowl and combine with the mayonnaise and mustard mixture
Garnish with cooked ham slices, pickled cucumber, parsley, and green onion
