2 tablespoons of honey

4 small green mangoes (300g) with skin, cut into fine strips
1 medium papaya (420g), cut into 2cm cubes
2 medium starfruits (270g), sliced into 0.5cm thick pieces
1/3 cup of fresh mint leaves (15g)
For the dressing
1 cup of natural yogurt (200g)
1 container of cream cheese (227g)
1/4 cup of grated ginger (45g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of honey

In a medium bowl, mix together the honey and lime juice
Add the mango, papaya, starfruit, and mint leaves, and stir carefully
Set aside
Prepare the dressing: in a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth
Strain into a serving bowl
Serve the salad immediately with the dressing.
