3 cups of zucchini, sliced into thin rounds

1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
salt and black pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 large eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Grease a rectangular or 20x30 cm baking dish
Mix all ingredients together
Spread in the baking dish
Bake until golden brown, for about 35 minutes
Cut into squares or rectangles.
