3 cups water
1 cup granulated ceviche
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup chopped salsa
1/2 cup chopped green onion
8 radish slices
1 peeled and seeded cucumber, diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup chopped parsley

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the granulated ceviche
Cook on low heat for 45 minutes or until tender
Strain and reserve
